New categories bring a fresh aura to this blog! And BEAUTY WITH NOVA is not just about "makeup!" I believe that you can find "beauty" in almost everything within this life. And that's exactly what BEAUTY WITH NOVA is about! This is why I made this blog, somewhere that I can discuss "beauty in life!"

Confucius said, "Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it."

That's how I view life, this is the way I choose to view things.

There was once a time when I was suicidal and finding beauty helped me overcome some things. True, I still deal with my anxiety and unfortunately, depression. But sitting here typing this right now, at the age of 30, I can say that I am no longer the suicidal girl I once was. Even with the bad days, even in the darkest of places.

I wanted to lay this out on the table before I get into my life right now. Because life has been tricky for a while.

Last year, a month before my 30th, I left my job of six years to start this journey of becoming my boss. Not going to lie, was a little hard at first! I have had this blog for 3 years but never really put effort into it, due to work!

Right now, I still have soo much to do for this blog, it's almost overwhelming the fact that I am the only one doing this. But it's so fun, I am having a blast working on my site! I love making my schedule and working when I want to! It's the dream, it's a good dream!

I am also considering possibly starting a vlog. If I can upload full vids here (have not checked but hoping) then vlogs just might be a thing.

If not, maybe just maybe I will consider YouTube...

I would love feedback. Would vids of makeup, travel, and life be something the fam would like to see? If so, let me know.

I hope this little chit-chat helped to get to know me a little better. Every once in a while, a post like this will drop.
