RADIANT ENOUGH

Hello, my artsy fam! Today we will be reviewing ILLUMINATING FACE PRIMER by E.L.F.

Retail for $7:00+, but as always it depends on where you buy. E.L.F is a cruelty-free and vegan brand.

This primer does what is advertised. It fills in lines, it does seem to "help makeup go on evenly." But the "radiant glow", of luminous color is intense. From my experience, it makes my face look gold, even under my foundation at times. But I learned how to use less of the primer and more foundation, so that might be on me. The primer feels nice and creamy but somewhat thick to the touch. I will say that it might be best to moisturize your face beforehand. This primer does not make my face feel moisturized when applied.

That's my opinion, of course, so don't just take my words for it.

The packaging is cute and nice to hold. Fun to travel with, it has a nice pump head. If highlighted primer is your thing, give it a try! If you don't mind the glow. This primer is an affordable grab, and not the only primer at this price point from E.L.F.
