To chocolate or not to chocolate

My artsy fam, today I have a special treat. Rather it's good or bad, that's left for all of us to decide. Today we are discussing two palettes as well! They are, Hershey's Creamy Milk Chocolate and Hershey's Cookies 'N' Creme, the play color eyes mini collection!

From ⁕Etude House⁕, a beautiful South Korean cosmetics brand. Prices vary where you buy, this mini collection comes with brushes. And there are also lip tints, but unfortunately, I do not have them. Etude House is not cruelty-free!

Both palettes are centered around a chocolate theme (unfortunately they do not smell of chocolate-miss opportunity), the colors are a hit and miss. The overall feeling is meh, but let's dive a bit more. Both minis can pretty much fit in my palm, and each holds up to six shades. With almost similar colors, with the "milk chocolate" version having slightly darker shades.

So let's break down one palette at a time. Starting with the Cookies 'N' Creme.

This adorable palette is really small to fit the names of the eyeshadows, so there's a plastic thin sheet with the names on there. This is inside the palette when you open it. Let's step into some color.

HUSH, HERSHEY'S- Gold glitter. Looks amazing. Feels smooth, and fun to use.

CHOCOLATE WITHOUT COOKIES- This color is pale pink, looks pale pink. Applies very light.

MY FAVORITE CHOCOLATE- A fair brown, also applies light (so if you want this color to pop, don't be afraid to pack it on)!

LUCKY COOKIE- A slightly, I mean slight, darker version of "My favorite chocolate"!

COOKIES & CREAM- White glitter. Visually looks like "Cookies 'N' Creme. My fave!

ZERO CALORIE CHOCO- Another version of "My favorite cookies", and "Lucky Cookie". The only difference is that this version has a red hue.

Creamy Milk Chocolate: Colors

DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE- This looks literally like the Chocolate without cookies from the Cookies 'n' creme palette. Maybe just a bit milder. I'm fine with this just because if you did not buy both palettes, you can still get the same/similar color.

A SWEET MESSAGE- Gold glitter with white undertones.

YAMMY CHOCOLATE- Red glitter.

MILK CHOCOLATE- Light brown.

CHOCOHOLIC- A red-brown.

REAL HERSHEY'S- Of course this dark brown. It's real Hershey's.

Besides the repeat colors shared from both palettes, it's not too bad. The eyeshadows are smooth and there is barely any fallout. The package is a mini but holds its own.

The brushes are, to my surprise, very nice. and I love using them!

Since this is a novelty buy, buy it! I feel like those who do, will love it.

From my digging, Etude House has Hershey's Kisses as palettes now, I'm not sure if I will get my hands on them but if I do, you'll know.
